Camps or clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender)

Camp Schedule
Arrival/Departure

Campers should be dropped off at the Ford Center daily at 8:45 am. Campers can be picked up at 5 pm at the Ford Center.

9:00 am Workout I
11:45 am - 1:15 pm Demonstration Clinic
12:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm Activity
1:30 pm Workout II
4:00 pm Swimming
5:00 pm Pick-up

 

What to Bring

Leotard and shorts

Gym Stuff (grips, tape, wristbands, etc.)

Water Bottle

Tennis shoes-for campus tour and going to the pool

Swimsuit

Towel

Sunscreen

Goggles

 

We will only provide lunch on the last day (Day 4) of camp.

Pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni)

 

Please let us know of any special food needs/allergies in advance so that we may make appropriate arrangements.

 

We also recommend that you bring Energy bars and a healthy snack, as each day is very active.
